Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on the SÈVE website. It forms part of our Terms of Sale. By placing an order you accept the timelines, rates, and procedures described here.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are treated as received the following business day. During seasonal peaks (Black Friday week, December holidays), processing may take an additional one or two business days; we will indicate this on the site when it is the case.

Shipping Methods

Two shipping methods are available at checkout:

Standard shipping — delivery within 5–7 business days of dispatch. This is our default method and covers all 50 U.S. states.
Express shipping — delivery within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Available to most U.S. addresses; rural ZIP codes may add one business day.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is in the carrier's network we no longer control its routing, but we monitor in-transit shipments and step in when we see a problem.

Shipping Rates

All rates are charged in United States Dollars and shown at checkout before payment.

• Standard shipping: USD 4.90
• Express shipping: USD 9.90
• Free standard shipping on orders over USD 60 (before tax)

Free shipping is applied automatically when the cart subtotal qualifies; no code is needed.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any international destination at this time. We are working on expanding shipping to Canada and selected European countries; subscribers to our newsletter will be the first to know.

Order Tracking

You will receive two emails for each order. The first confirms that we have received your order and payment. The second, sent when your order leaves our warehouse, contains a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to twenty-four hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you have created an account, you can also view the status of every order from your account page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household, the building reception or mailroom, and your immediate neighbors — most "missing" packages turn up within twenty-four hours. If after that the package has not arrived, contact us at support@seveskincare.com with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund once the carrier confirms the loss.

If your package arrives damaged or the contents are broken, take a photograph of the package and the products within forty-eight hours of delivery and email it to support@seveskincare.com. We will dispatch a replacement free of charge or, if you prefer, issue a full refund. Please keep the damaged items and packaging until we tell you otherwise; carriers sometimes ask to inspect them.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming an order. If you need to change the address, contact us at support@seveskincare.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address while the order is still in our warehouse, but once it has been handed to the carrier we can no longer modify it.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your expense or refunded minus the original outbound shipping cost.
