Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased from the SÈVE website. It forms part of our Terms of Sale. Our aim is simple: if a product is not right for you, we want the return to be straightforward; if a product is faulty, we want to fix it quickly.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible products within thirty days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. After thirty days we are unfortunately unable to accept a return, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, a product must be:

• Unopened, with all original seals intact.
• In its original packaging, including any outer box, insert, and protective wrapping.
• Accompanied by the order number or order-confirmation email.

Items returned in a condition that prevents resale (broken seal, missing packaging, signs of use) cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of products whose seal has been broken or that have been used, even partially. This includes any sample sachets included in your order. The exception is products that arrive damaged, defective, or that develop a clear quality issue under normal use — those are always covered (see "Damaged or Defective Items" below).

Gift cards, samples, and any item explicitly marked as final sale are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@seveskincare.com from the address used to place the order. Please include your order number, the name of the product or products you wish to return, and a short note about the reason — this last point helps us improve our formulas and is genuinely useful to the team.

We will reply within one business day with a return authorization number and the return address. Please do not send products back without a return authorization; unannounced parcels are difficult to match to an order and can delay your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return and confirm that the items are in the condition described above, your refund is issued within five business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a further three to five business days to appear on your statement, for a total of 5–10 business days from receipt. We will send you an email when the refund is issued.

Original Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except when the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival, defective product). Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of a change of mind. If your order qualified for free standard shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost we paid (USD 4.90) will be deducted from the refund only if the return brings the remaining order value below the free-shipping threshold of USD 60.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us within seven days of delivery at support@seveskincare.com. Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the affected product and, where relevant, the packaging. We will dispatch a replacement at our expense and, if you prefer, issue a full refund including original shipping. There is no need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask for it.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the product you want is to place a new order for it and to return the original item under the procedure above. As soon as we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund for the original purchase. We are aware this adds a step and we are working on a direct exchange flow.
